For now, this will function as a collection of all threads relating to physical activity of any kind. Dance, Weight lifting, yoga, you name it. If one topic become particularly popular, we'll create a forum specifically for that topic so as to keep this space easier to navigate.

When making a new post, try to be specific about the activity and a few words to describe what the post is going into. It's also helpful if you state whether it's a question or information you're offering.
