Weight Lifting: Amazing Squat Warmup move!

Over the next few days, I'm gonna drop some videos from Squat University, one of my favourite accounts on social media for weight lifting. His advice is always on point and backed by rigorous science, and myself and my clients have benefited a lot from his videos.
This video is a warm-up to power up your squats! It's a KILLER, but it's so so good. This one's kinda tricky for a lot of people, and I find my clients often end up moving too far upward in the final stages of this warm-up. Notice that he barely moves from the bottom position in the first lift-and-hold and stays with hips at the same level as his knees on the second hold.
If you struggle to get down into a full deep squat, trying doing it while holding on to something like a support beam or the side of a door, or perhaps do some work to increase ankle mobility before doing this in full.
BTW: You can use a plate or a kettlebell held upside down, whatever works for you. If you're not lifting more than 50 kg on a squat, definitely stick to lower weight than the 10 kg he's using to begin with.
Any questions or comments, let me know!
